£60 pays for one term of education for one child for a year.
£140 pays for a months salary for a member of shelter staff.
Romilly’s supporters have generously paid for three dormitories, two class rooms and a borehole, helping to found one shelter for homeless children in Naivasha, Kenya and kept another in Kitwe, Zambia going. Both do wonderful work protecting children from a terrible existence on the streets. They both educate the children in their care, preparing them for independent productive lives. In addition the shelter in Kitwe reunites many homeless children with what remains of their families before they become embedded on the street.
Our donation links link to Virgin Money Giving, which is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity’s behalf where the donor is eligible for this. We really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations. Romilly pays no UK salaries and has very low administrative costs.
